I am Andreea Rimbu, a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer with extensive experience in the fitness industry and a passion for helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. My journey began with a childhood enthusiasm for sports like volleyball, football, running, and gymnastics, which eventually led me to the gym. After overcoming a childhood injury and transitioning from an academic path toward becoming a lawyer, I found my true calling in fitness.
Relocating to England allowed me to transform my passion into a thriving career. Over the years, I have trained and transformed my own physique, competing as a natural bikini athlete for two years at the highest level of the fitness industry. This journey demanded immense dedication, sacrifice, and the application of advanced dietary and training techniques, giving me invaluable insight into what it takes to achieve success.
I have honed my expertise through rigorous academic qualifications, including Level 3 Personal Trainer certification and specialized courses in supplementation, nutrition, and motivation.
